MARCH: Rose toured to Tasmania with Bosko and Honey's Ukulele Safari. Videos of their trip that took them across Australia are being put up on their website as they edit them.

In March, Rose also built a kitchen entirely out of cardboard as part of WIliamstown Festival, Melbourne. (photo below)

SO FAR THIS YEAR...

JULY-AUGUST: Rose Turtle Ertler has just finished her largest tour yet "IN HER WINTER KITCHEN" which included eighteen gigs and twelve ukulele workshops in Cairns, Alice Springs, Darwin, Fremantle, Newcastle, Port Kembla, Sydney, Orange, Bathurst, Mollymook, Canberra, Euroa, Hepburn Springs, Wangaratta, Violet Town, Melbourne (see poster left), Dean's Marsh, Bendigo, Castlemaine and Guildford. Phew!

MAY-APRIL: Rose facilitated a project called 'mUSe' (see poster below)- a community project which combined the Choir of High Hopes Hobart, HUG (the Hobart Ukulele Group) and dancers from MADE. The forty participants wrote and rehearsed their own songs and choreography for six weeks, which culminated in three performances at the Rosny Barn in Hobart, Tasmania.
